So a person told me the CR on this set (120%) is not pure, which is okay, but he also stated that it is somewhat "broken". Is this true?

He even said that AGI gives pure CR. True or False?

And my final question (unrelated to topic) should I go for STR or AGI in terms of gaining CR?

Thank you!

I have no idea what your friend meant.

Heheheheheeheh. True.

And my final question (unrelated to topic) should I go for STR or AGI in terms of gaining CR?

STR.

Agi increases your base CR so yes.
Str doesn't give anything noticably good. So if you Cr stack agi.

If someone bothered to go full out cancer on the set it'd be pretty devastating. It just lacks individual set piece bonuses and you'll lack damage unless you get critical damage on nearly everything

Alright, thanks!

And by "broken", he probably means like the outcome of the high CR increase isn't very noticeable.

I aim to achieve a great deal of CR so I can actually see a decent deal of CD and this Heirloom set might be very beneficial.

You'd have to stack agility (and more cr obviously) to reap the full benefit of it. But whats the point of critting twice as much if your crits dont do damage? Which is why hardly anyone uses it (not to mention itd be kind of expensive to cancer out)
