Runtime Error !

what is problem? my computer not support Rose Online?

my spec :

Intel Core i5 2400 3.10Ghz
RAM 8GB 1600Mhz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 TI.
Windows 7 Genuine Ultimate x64

Make sure you have the latest versions of the .NET framework installed and DirectX.

The site is probably NL but its the right install package, Just install it and try to start rose again.

I have the exact same problem.
I Re-installed & patched with genpatch and still get the same error.
I Installed latest .Net Frameworks & Directx and it still wont work. Never had this problem on this computer before.. any ideas?
