We are working on the next expansion for the summoner currently so more monsters will be added, if there is a functionality issue we certainly want to know about it before we sink time moving in the wrong direction.

No reports have been sent in about hte summoner not working.. so why would we try to fix what seems to be working correctly?

you guys really need to fix this summoner
Send a DETAILED ticket with information on how to recreate the bug, send the ticket number to Heim/Oda so they actually look at it, recreate it, and confirm it as a bug and get on their way to fixing it.
Or you can wait on support and gamble your luck with hoping they understand what's going on.

If a mod feels this is not applicable to post since its from a ticket, feel free to omit this part.
Taken directly from my ticket to fix buggy summoner:
Please note that the Party Leader must have at least 4 Eden Merit Badges and, VIP or Fake VIP in order to create a MVP Summoner Instance.
1. Have the Party Leader talk to the MVP Summoner. Please note that if the party leader does not have VIP they will not be allowed to proceed.
2. Confirm that you wish to Summon an MVP
3. Select the MVP you wish to Summon. Please note that in order for a character to join the Party Leader in the MVP Summoner Instance he/she must be in the party and next to the MVP Summoner before this selection is made.
4. Reserve the Instance. A small window will appear indicating to everyone in the party that the instance is reserved. Characters must be in a party and the party leader in order to reserve and instance.
5. Enter the instance and fight the monsters and MVP contained within.
Common Issues:
Q: The summoner says I have to wait! What do I do?!
A: Please check the character’s quest log for the reuse timers. Once these have both expired that character will be allowed to participate in a summoner instance again,
Q: The summoner says I cannot reserve an instance. How do I fix this.
A: There are two possible issues that can cause this issue. If a user was not near the MVP summoner and in the party when the instance was created by his party leader they will have to sit out this round of MVP fighting. Secondly, it is possible that a party leader was not reset properly. To fix this talk to the MVP summoner while not in a party (make sure it is disbanded a party of 1 is still a party). If your problem persists please submit a ticket at https://support.warpportal.com
Q: The instance won’t advance. I have cleared it but the MVP won’t appear!
A: Some of the instance contain Pest Monsters. These monsters have the ability to cloak but are aggressive. Please move around every area of the map to draw them out and get them to face you.

Right. The GMs are good at reporting issues up to us, but like any tiered customer support system, the GMs getting the initial report are going to be looking at resolving the issue without escalation. If the problem is large enough for them to recognize that it should be escalated up, they send it up to a supervisor, when the supervisor tests and verifies that there is a problem we get an email report.Send a DETAILED ticket with information on how to recreate the bug, send the ticket number to Heim/Oda so they actually look at it, recreate it, and confirm it as a bug and get on their way to fixing it.

It's a much more organized system as there is documentation as it moves up the ranks (and we are not really able to track bug issues efficiently from forum reports), but a PM with a ticket number goes a long way towards putting it on our radar sooner.
