Well, the purpose of the boxter is to sink in the items that are flooding in the market so their prices don't get too low. Now that we don't have a boxter, you'd see a cow hat in Ymir's market being sold at 1.5m while the damn box costs $3 each.

the last time i checked the MVP summoner is still kind of buggy (like 3 weeks ago). It summons the wrong MVP and won't let other char(s) get in sometimes.
