Is there a big difference in heal between 110 and 120 base int?

I do not think so. You can check a calculator but I think it will improve your lvl 5 high heal from like 10k to 10.3ish tops. I don't think 120 int is necessary to get on AB either. The biggest difference with heals usually comes from your gears. (lvl 4 vs lvl 10 glorious cure wand, for example, have close to a 3k lvl5 high heal difference)
Int helps with sp regen but the extra 20 points of int you get, you could have put into another stat. I actually put all the remaining points from getting 100int/dex/vit +77 luk into vit, so I got 114 vit on 150 for survivability in ET

It's all about Light of Recovery for PvM and Vellum Bible for WoE/PvP if you want godly heals. No need to waste useless stat points for getting stronger heals. My AB can heal 24k in PvP/WoE and I only have 100 base INT.

Oh, gotta add Anubis Helm. reduces damage from MVP and increases heal with each upgrade level, takes upper and mid slot (did it take lower?}). Is this useful for an AB [for example for ET or Thor TI where most stuff is boss type]?

I use abysmal knight helm. Sacrificing a mid headgear isn't worth it.
