i know there probably tons of threads asking this but i cant find any and i just want to know why i cant class change into a archer it says my skill level and base level are not high enough , when BOTH of them are over the amount it should be. what should i do? please help D:

This happens almost all the time. But for future reference.
There is no such thing as "Saving up" points.
Want to be "Smart" and save up archer points so you have more points to go to Hunter? The Hunter NPC literally won't change you until you spend all your archer points.
If you could "Transfer" over skill points to the next class, then EVERYONE would go job 50.
