I have made GX because I was fascinated by the way they can dish out tons of damage and with a little practice become fully unstoppable during during WOE. My question now is the build of my stats. Right now I thought of something like this:

100 STR

100 AGI

95 VIT

1 INT

93 DEX

60 LUK

My plan is to switch from dual RT to a RT + Meg combo my question is will it give me enough crit rate for RT + Meg or do I have to tweak it a bit?

with 60 luk and 2x RT can get you to 40+ crit rate. you lose 10 crit if you go RT + Meg but it's not a big deal if you just plan on RCing ppl.

Also is it tanky enough to withstand a gfist if i switch to CK and cranial immune.+ GR? I would get around 32k hp

Why would you only have 32k HP? That seems pretty damn low for a 150/50 GX at 95 base Vit. Or is this assuming you're wearing shoes that don't give +% HP? You should have enough HP to tank GFist with a GR if you're wearing a Glorious Shoes at the least. Or maybe a +9 Firelock WoE Boot.

Why such high Dex anyways? If in case you want to switch to a Meg, I'd recommend reducing some of that Dex and putting it into Luck if you want more Crit to make up for using only 1 RT.

Assuming if you have the WoE set, CK, Cranial Immune, 100 total vit + the right set of cards (DR GR FS card) you will have about 40k+ HP tanking gfists shouldn't be a problem megged or not. Maybe cast assumptio before entering a castle for more tankiness xD

Assumptio doesn't affect GFist damage in Renewal...

idk about that but it DID help me survive a few cc gfists by 150 suras with just Woe set + normal reducs no DR GR. I sometimes live through with barely little HP >.>. I've read somewhere in here someone claims that Gfists doesn't ignore ALL def, I guess he was kind of right.

That's another thing to point out TK is Dex "Hit" the same as Luck "Hit"?

Oh wow that was so long ago...

The post you're referring to infers that Def really doesn't help much though, unless you're sporting a really high Hard Def for Assumptio to really matter. I'd rather get a Praef(AoE KE from a large party) than Assump though. Easier to manage.

If def does affect it like cart cannon, then if you have 300 hard def, and you get assumptio, you will reduce the damage by an additional 300 DAMAGE.

KE would at least reduce it by 30% of your max hp.
