I've been on sabbatical from iRO for 3 months now and it just seems like its a money black hole... in combination with so-so to sub-par customer service and conjunction with the iRO community becoming more aggressive and isolated to new players.
It just really seems that iRO may have moved from having 1 foot in the grave to both.

So the patch server/service has been down for about a week? So will they offer refunds or extensions on for the fan base effected?

Apparently when the community manager leaves nothing gets fixed...

Not even just not fixed, it's like the -entire- game shuts down. Ygg hasn't even been touched in a week, and last maintenance all they did was remove events.
I'm really curious -- does anyone do anything out there at the office?

yggexe.exe -1rag1
ragfree.exe -1free1

And i've been testing by starting it with -1rag1 for a while.

My ymir client is patching just fine.
It's only because you are up to date, if you needed to download a file, it would time out. It's noticeable on Yggdrasil because they put a new file on the patch server on the 1st, where as there was no update for main servers.
From the looks of things, the patch server is having passive mode connections blocked by gravity's firewall, likely occurring when they made changes to try to limit the DOS that was taking the forums out. The question is when they will finally realize their game is unplayable and fix it.
