Just wondering, is 95% flee the highest we can get in game? I've never played any class with flee before so I'm kinda new at this.

Say I'm an assassin with 70 agi and got 212 flee(value just made up), which is 4 flee higher than needed to be able to dodge Kobold archers(208) 95% of the time.

Does this mean that it's pointless to add more agi and increase my flee when the required flee to dodge archers 95% of the time is 208?

And does this mean that even if i have 300+ flee, I would only be dodging them 95% of the time still?

Looking for a clarification on this issue

Dodge Rate cannot be lower than 0% and not higher than 95% (except during WoE siege)

You should also look into perfect dodge which allows you to dodge any physical attack [except skills] by a % chance.

The key benefit of more flee than needed is that every monster in addition to the second attacking you at once reduces your flee by 10% (Ie, you have 200 flee, and 3 monsters attack you at once, you have 180 flee for purposes of dodging them).

I usually targeted having enough flee to dodge 3 of the monsters I was fighting on thief classes by the time I was 80+. Beyond that (and sometimes even before it), you're better off with a splash of vit, say, 30 vit, for the stun resistance (so many monsters that are easy to dodge stun), hp boost, and potion regen boost.
