In Classic does Archer Skeleton Card effect either Blitz Beat or Acid Terror?

I am looking for clarification, from a reliable source.

it never affected it before and everyone says no and all websites say no too but that's just hearsay i want a reliable source

No on blitz beat (for both), no idea on acid terror, since nobody was ever concerned with damage for it.

Good call. I've been playing renewal so long that I forgot that we have a 100% accurate calc for pre-renewal mechanics.
