Genetics are amazing MvPers because of Acid Bomb (huge damage, very spammable), not Dieter's bug. So yes, they're still a great choice even if you dont get a dieter/the bug gets fixed

On low tier MvPs, sura may be better, but anything besides things that can be killed in 1 shot by a sura, or has low vit, a gene reigns supreme
