Come to think of it, if they did add npc buyable sp healing items, the botters would lose a major source of income for them to sell.

1) Recover it as you use it.
An example is earth deleter armor which gives SP back when you kill an enemy. Another example is Rideword hat or Nidhoggur Shadow Garbwhich replenish your sp (by a chance) when you deal damage. These strategies work best with AoE damage.

Eden group boots IV give 28% HP rec, 12% sp rec. that's an alternative, without the 3% sp regen you get from eggyra, but you get HP regen.The best way to keep SP up is actually one of the following:
3) Boost recovery rate with items that boost recovery rate.
* Eggyra card in shoes. This boosts natural SP recovery rate. However, unless you have a lot of INT (which I doubt), variants or firelock will give similar extra sp/tick just from the max SP increase and you'll be able to burn sp longer to boot, with those items.
