IM item was not redeam from purchase and loss of IM points

this is not the 1st time it hapened to me but this time i am geting really sick of having this hapen from every time i purchase IM points...

this time i purchased a 20$ card like alwasys i got my points and all, so i purchase some items i wanted and when i got to 1493 i tryed to purchase a *Testimony of Retraining* but i did not get the item in the purchases area, and my points went down to 1093.. i dont know what to do or how to report this. it would be nice if this error was fixed so other people can purchase the items they that expect instead of them losing money.

this does concerns and upsets me but it would upset myself more if it was hapening to every one..

i dont know where to report this problem so please help! and if it can be dealt with, it will be nice to let rose online know. thank you for your time. i do apologized

If you see the "support" button up top that's where you report this, make an account there, that site is separate from this one for safety. Submit a ticket and they will place the item in you purchased tab when they get to your ticket.

It can be dealt with by the Support Team.
As Zurn said, you just need to submit a ticket to them and explain what has happened.
