I was talking to a friend today and we were thinking about Halloween gears to introduce? And I don't mean event only, the introduction of a quest, and the ability to make some costumes eh?

So to start with the equipment(all these have appearances like headgears/archangel):
-Black Cat's tail [Garment] - When worn with black cat ears Flee + 10, movement speed in hide increased
- Whiskers [Middle Headgear] - When worn with a headband based off an animal, or cat ear beret, Dex +1, chance of casting Improved Concentration when attacking, allows use of detect
- Demons wing [Armour] - When worn by a wizard class has a chance of casting Hell's Judgement when receiving damage.
- Demons tail[Garment] - When worn in combination with demon wing, damage dealt by fire magic increases 100%

Costumes:
-Any of the above when given to the costume NPC, in exchange for a special ticket (Kafra item), can be changed into a costume gear and have its effects stripped
-With the event the following equips can be made costumes:
-Witch themed headgears
-Archangel and Fallen Angel
-Black Cat ears/ Wickebines

The quest for the new gears will take place in Nifflheim and you must be level 70 or higher, the gears obtained are account bound unless turned into costumes.

The quests for the Cat tail and whiskers will be conducted by a Cat Hand, and will involve the destruction of a set number of a new type of monster, Black Cat, Basically Demonic Panthers, and the collecting of their drops

The quest for the demon equips will be conducted by a dark priest and a few witches, it will involve
traveling between Nifflheim, Geffen, and Juno, to meet with different "experts" on demons, when this is accomplished, the dark priest will summon a Dark Lord to give you your items.

100% fire magic boost? Too much. 100k unlexed crimson rocks here we go.

And making monsters would be too hard, requiring kRO, and slow. Would never be made in time.

Magestic Goat costume? Or advertise sealed shrine quest, and other spooky related quests by boosting exp it goes with the theme of halloween

GH spotlight should take care of that...too bad we did Niff already

Of course... leaf cats for halloween would not work.

And actually, to "request" a quest, it's good to make it with at least 3 months before. So one of the funginners (which idk the new name) can get the idea and support on writing.

Maybe we can start planning on a new year quest.
