why dont you upgrade the client so that it can tell you if the preson is not useing a gravity approved macro(bot programs). This should fix some of your problems I think.

Because that's a self-defeating idea. If the check is on the client, the botter will just modify the check program to say everything's fine while they bot. Every seen a game that runs Gameguard and has bots less than 24 hours after a GG update? Yep, it's that ineffective.
Bot detection scripts have to be server-side, where the botters can't just circumvent them in 10 seconds.
