We received the data for the RWC items much later than planned (we were supposed to have the data in September) RWC is less than 3 weeks away, so having the items come in later was not an option, they were rushed to get them working in the game so you could acquire them. The upgrade and enchanting options were not available to us until after Tuesday maintenance, which is great because frankly they were a little underwhelming in our eyes as well.

We will do a short restart of everything on Thursday Oct 11 to implement the enchanters, and to make sure all the weapons/hat is Tradable. Though the Accessories will remain account bound.

To do the enchanting of the accessories will require a special certificate that will be acquirable via the shop or in-game methods. The power level of the enchantments will match how kRO work, the difference is how you choose the enchantments. It will work out and full details will be posted tomorrow to help zazz up your weekend.

The items will be available for sale until November 6th.

These could potentially be hidden enchantable/socket enchantable when they DO come out on kRO.

I find it a little bit masochistic for a company to pass up on large sales on kafra shop item sales such as these by downgrading their effects.

Dunno... My tattoos give me +14%matk on both accessories while pend+ring barely give you +11%matk (using slot 3 and 4 at magic lv3).

Unless each pendant/ring give you extra %matk 4%matk per bonus, it's not as good as tattoos imo.

Yeah, I was actually wondering what the weapon enchants look like. It would be nice if we could choose to put 1-4 slots and a corresponding number of enchants (ex. 1 slot and 3 enchants or 3 slots and 1 enchant). I have a feeling that's not the case though.

It's clearly stated in the OP that

1. Enchantment quality that will be available will be the same as kRO.
2. Choosing enchantment option (Fighting spirit, HP, SP, spell, magic etc) will be different. I can think of 3 possibilities on top of my head.

- Enchantment option cannot be chosen; random enchantment is imbued.
- Enchantment option will be divided into "role" categories such as Physical DPS and Magic DPS. Choosing either one of the option will imbue all 4 (or 3 if hidden slot enchanted for a card slot) using predetermined enchantment options.
- Enchantment option will be based on these "special certificates". ie. there will be x variety of certificates that can be turned in to the NPC for a specific enchantment.

FYI RWC 2012 Ring and Pendant goes for roughly $18 USD on kRO. It's pretty interesting to see that these items cost much less on iRO.

On a serious note we're going to be adding in a Kafra Shop RWC ticket that you will be able to give to a RWC enchant NPC who will be able to do a slot attempt on a accessory or a random enchant on the weapons.

Are you saying that iRO will only be getting the hidden socket enchant for a card slot on RWC accessories? or will we have the chance of hidden socket and hidden enchanting (stats like fighting spirit and such) on the accessories as well?

You will be able to speak to the NPC and have them either make an enchant or a slot attempt. You can have a accessory with both a slot and enchantments on it, but it's recommended if you go that way that you get the slot first, then enchant after that( a successful slot attempt will cause it to lose it's existing enchantments). You can take a RWC initializer ticket to him to re-roll a random between 1-3 for a enchantment slot of their choice and keep the existing two slots.

NVM you patched it within the last 30 mins or so. I got it fixed by restarting RO.... box of 5 or a single ticket..
