I just turned Assassin and I was wondering where could I go to lvl up now?

I am lvl 70 right now but I'm getting 0.07% exp >.< its taking forever

at level 70 you probably have enough flee for minorous they give pretty decent exp and enchant poison increases damage on them, just gotta watch out for their stun hammer, if you have backslide use that its a lifesaver.

What type of Assassin are you? Crit? Dual-dagger? Or Chick Hat and Katar oriented?

You can probably level at High Orcs in Geffen Field 14, west of Orc Dungeon. Just buy Katar of Frozen Icicle and Katar of Raging Blaze (for Orc Lady, Orc Warrior, Orc Baby, and Orc Archer). They'll probably give you 1-2% exp each kill.
