I was using an Orc Archer Bow and Steel Arrows and had 120 dex but was only doing 18k dmg with AS lv 10--.--
I mean its very unfair that Ranger get all and SC nothing i mean they have Bows increasing their Power only for Ranger Classes.
And the Mora Set and the passiv Skills.

So its no wonder that normal AS dmg from a Ranger is around 40k.
But can a SC increase his dmg with AS from 18k to at least 35k?

I'm not playing in iRO server but I just want to know what your opponent is when you were doing 18k AS? is it a monster or a player?

I was using a +9 OAB for 15k AS, and was heavily disappointed just like you.
Gravity always been neglective to give Rogue/Stalker/SC the proper support for bowusage.
Vultures Eye (for rng) and DoubleStraffe require Rogue Jobpoints instead of Thiefs. Backstab Dmg is halved when using Bow. Most bows are Archer Class exclusive... it's a blessing they let you wear OAB. Ofcourse 120Atk w. 0 Slots doesn't compete vs. 160Atk w. 1 Slot.(elven bow)

Since SC lacks all the buff skills that further compliment bow usage, at some point i'll switch to sword/dagger build with int. I suggest you do the same. ;/

Endows are all you need now to maximize your damage to go beyond 20k+. Other than that it all comes down to what % damage increasing equipment you can muster.

I'm fine with my ranged dex build and Guardian TK is right you can try using endow first so that you can maximize damage.
