Read somewhere it only reduces damage by 850. Then read somewhere it allows the gene to tank mvps. Reduction of 850 in damage does not allow you to tank mvp ii would have thought.

What do your mean? Sure there are stronger mvp, but for satan to hit 1, that's still quite impressive don't you reckon?

I'm pretty sure Satan Morroc is the strongest.

I'm not sure you're seeing the damage from Senor M. himself in that screenshot - there is one 300+ damage hit, though. Even that kind of reduction versus his mob is impressive though. I think the guy in the screenshot probably had really epic reduction gear.

what makes it really good is that it reduces the regular hits from the mvps mobs to 1 or just about 1 when your wearing an alice shield which makes killing stuff alot easier. skills still do tons of damage to you though

Ohhh...yeah I have Alice shield. The others are quite normal, just elemental gears and immune hbp.

So my sera is 113 now, close to my first aoe. Where can I level it when I get it ? . I saw many of the suggestions like amatsu, nogg 2, but these places are all bad for poison attack"?

That's really nice to hear. But recently read it's only for melee attack? Skills take full damage?

Skills will be reduced by an equal amount. The thing is, since skills do much more damage generally, you won't really see the damage reduction.

yes. depend on what type of skill. like clashing spiral by orc hero will deal me 1k per atk but with pain killer I only receive 200 per atk. yeah its a good skill

Hey all, I've finally got it! !

Though have a question.....is pain killer weak against wind attack? Causer I tried to use it in the commodo ti e with the dimiks and the green dimik hits me around 500 !!! Whilst everything else hit me 1.

Also do anyone know how to set it up so it will automatically use pain killer on my friends or party members?

And oh, haha, guess pain killer isn't invincible, I went to thor ,I'm only level 110 ,and I died in seconds to a salMander and kasa! Lol

Shouldn't be weak against any element.

There is no way for the AI to detect party members, so it is impossible to make an AI that will detect and painkiller party members.

An AI could be made that used an AI friendlist type feature to target painkiller - however, I do not know of any AI that has this functionality.

Any idea why the green dimik hit so much harder then?

Were you only wearing demon / other resistance gears that don't apply to dimiks? Maybe the dimik's attack exceeded the pain killer reduction amount.

I was wearing a buckler, orleans gown, hbp....nothing elemental.

I doubt dimik his higher than tolerance of pk since all the other dimiks hit 1......
