It will say stored pixels iirc, I have multiple game card accounts on the same email.

Kinda of annoying in some situations, but I just use the leftover pixels to buy kafra points and such.

Good thing that you saved the receipts, Heim will probably be able to help you.
You can also try contacting Playspan since they own ugc, they have live support.
Other than that, I'm not sure what you can do.

Many of my Ragnarok accounts had a balance in leftover "pixels" from when I last paid using an Ultimate Game Card.
I can no longer access the stored balance following the move to the Warp Portal system for payments as new payments are stored against Warp Portal account / Warp Portal whilst previously balances were stored against Raganarok account / Ragnarok.
