From my experience, parties DO give you a [small] exp bonus, depending on your party level. The amount of "bonus" you get increases as your party level increases.

Aka: Higher Party Level = Higher Exp per kill.

Maximum party level of 50 gives double XP on every kill

Additionally every party member (in range) gets the full XP for every kill by every party member so with a full party all killing stuff, the increase in XP is substantial.

It used to be that way but when the major EXP overhaul took place around Christmas last year it was changed so that a max level party (50) gets double exp rate so it works out as 2% per party level.

Sorry to be a little off-topic but when you have a level 50 party, and then you use a 2X coupon, is it 2X x 2X = 4X exp? So do you get 4X exp if you have a level 50 party and a 2X coupon?

No, a party lv50 gives you 150% of the normal exp. So with 1 medal that would be 300%
