I noticed that the thief class can dual wield swords and not just daggers and katars. Hows that like? I'm trying to find a sprite of what an assassin/cross/GX looks like dual wielding swords. I'm just curious.

Also, who would benefit more from dual wielding swords, Assassin or Rogue? I don't think I've ever seen anybody using it in game, and I'm curious to find out what its like, but don't really have time to build a thief and turn him to assassin.

This has been done since Pre-Renewal. It's impractical, but it does look nice.

For a while I used a dagger and windhawk axe.

Dual wielding weapons other than daggers leaves you with a miserable attack speed (particularly if axes are involved).

Since swords typically have attack nearly the same as the closest dagger, you don't really gain much damage - so it kills your DPS. I can imagine some situations (with ususual weapons, and skills, not normal attack) where dual wielding swords might make sense, but these are corner cases, and if you're in a position where this would be appropriate, you should already know.

I'm guessing wielding two fireblends with high INT and AGI will result in lots of auto firebolts.

ive heard bout carded naught siegers n ice pick for good CI build..never tried this though, but im a DD build. i use +7 triple hurrican scalpel n +7 triple boned scalpel..sometime i use +4 triple malicious scalpel

What about dual wielding elemental swords with mutant dragonoid, bloody knight, and an SS card in each? lol. Sounds like sword build would be alot more fun due to all of the crazy sword options in game now. There is also this:
