I really dont understand about this npc can anyone please help about this?

the only i know about this is when you trade some items to boxter you'll get some brownies/cookies.

and about this brownies and cookies what can i get from it?.

Grandma Boxter will exchange the items you get from the Lucky Boxes/Groove Packs in exchange for a set amount of Brownie Points based on the nature of the item.

1. You may exchange a Lucky Box/Groove Box Item for Brownie Points.
2. You may exchange 1000 Brownie Points for one box of the current Lucky Box/Groove Pack that is available at the time.

The number of brownie points it takes to get a box varies depending on the price of the current box when bought through the kafra shop. Cheaper boxes cost fewer brownie points.

Lucky boxes (or groove packs, etc) only. Usually there's only one box available at a time.

Oh!... While I was checking boxter I saw a CD in mouth, Is CD to 600 brownies? or 600 brownies to acquire that item?

Well for example the current box that is on sale is called the "Tricky Halloween Treat Box" and costs 500 Kafra Points per box OR you can buy the special BULK crate of 5 boxes for 2200 KP thus saving 300 KP. You also sometimes get a special bonus, this time it is a Job Class Card Album that gives one of the "Job" cards randomly. For example the Bloody Butterfly Card is a part of both the Mage Set & the Sage card set. This link HERE shows the items you can get as well as all the job class cards. 2 of the MAJOR Items that people are really out for are Heroic Backpacks [1] and Rideword Hat [1]'s.

You can also trade in 1600 Brownie Points to Grandma Boxter to get one "Tricky Halloween Treat Box" at this time.

One thing to keep in mind, if you were around during the Dally Quen Daily Giveaways you may have one of the items that Grandma is currently taking in and that is HD Eluniums. She will give you 32 Brownie Points per HD Elu so if you happen to have 50 of these lying around on a Alt acct you could trade them all in for one like I did

Yep, 1 HD = 32 points. Personally, I'm keeping mine since I have enough to probably +9 something atm.
