Im tring to get the most out of it.. jst for pure PVM.. id like to stick to gun bourg at the same time.. am having a dilemma regarding of it as "reliable magic attack", does that mean it gains ap if i put int on it?? if so is it worth the dmg?? tnx in advance guys...

Nope, its based on AP. Reliable Magic Attack means that it will always hit for magical based damage(aka vs enemies's magic defense).
