patch error

i just downloaded and installed the game but i have an error when i try to patch it
it says :
connection failure (patch.roseonline.com:80)
Failed to connect to the server
any idea of what i did wrong or what should i do?

i uninstalled properly, downloaded the game again from warp portal's website, reinstall the game and i still have this damn error QQ
i really don't understand what i did wrong

i tried the genpatch think too but same error
how can i lose my connection? i'm on the web at the same time so it's weird

What anti-virus, firewalls, etc... do you got on your system?

Tried using the defrag in the setup option and it shows that i am only having patch 419 and worse of all is that i can't even log into the game now as when i got onto the avatar menu and tried logging into the game, the client error will pop up and the window will automatically close by itself.
Really hope someone will be able to fix this.
By the way i had put rose client in the exception list for the firewall, am using windows 7 and do not have a anti virus software yet as i just got this new lappy.

If you could do check all again and see if it tries to update itself passed 419 at all

It seems like this has been a general problem with WarpPortal for me. When I got the email confirmation email right after installing the game and clicked on the link, the page it took me to wouldn't load the first time. After I refreshed, it worked. Then I tried going to the download page to try and redownload and reinstall the game, but twice the download page wouldn't load. :\

i had the same problem too.. and i thought rose had compatability issues with windows 8 since im using windows 8 now.. but i was wrong.. it was the antivirus fault..
