yes. Ranger is the actually cheapest one to get to be at least decent. Dont expect an insane damage with a 2b budget, but it will be pretty nice anyways.

WWS is still very good, abusive robes also have their place but require a lot more work to be really good :U

Can i ask what if theres a set of gears to one shot clocks in nct using arrow storm? Without depending on no limit and mvp card. Atm im using ww set, +12 bxb(uncarded debating if i should go for peco egg or as card) ride word hat, miraculous mid head gear and sound amp. Right now i have to as it twice. I was wondering if i can one shot them using attainable set of gears and card. Thanks in advance.

I see that lot of items added ingame like Crimson gears that I just pick up. Anyone here knows a list of updated Ranger equipment? My build work for both AS and Auto-Warg. I switch between WWS and Aspd set.

I have base attack of 202+308 with my equips using +13bxb,+13wws,+9eaFaw10,+9TBdex.

Is there anyway that I can boost my base attack?

Royal guard shield will give you shield spell. If you switch fast enough to white gold shield or anemis shield you will be getting 140-150 atk.

Aditionally, you can use keraunos with g scaraba or giant protection to further increase your attack.

I wil be using this Ranger mainly for OGH/Bijou and hopefully Stefan instance.

correct me if im wrong but those 3 items you listed boost equip attack? Ways to increase base attack would be mild wind buff or more dex for your ranger perhaps try temporal ring with +40 dex temp dex combo that would boost your base weapon atk

Correct. But there is no point to pump up your dex to increase base weapon attack.there is rule of thumb when increasing stat on renewal especially iro:
+"you should max it to 120 and stack more stat granting equip and card for specific stat IF your skill damage modifier is base on your stat (cc for gene, all sorc magic, cannon spear for rg) in this case arrow storm and warg ranger isn't necessary.
+"Max sure your vit sum is 100"
You better spent your stat here to increase survivalbility and stun preventer.
+Follow your stat according to your gear.
Current iro meta gear require you to have specific stat and skill to gain its bonus. If you wearing imperial feather set, you should reach base agi 120. If you wear seraph coronet, you must have 120 int.

Additional damage from your dex for ranger is:
Sum Dex/200 * base weapon attack

Currently my base dex is 120 with additional dex from buff, job level, equip, and food around 60 which you could sum 180.

180/200*160 (bxb base attack)= 144.

If I could sacrifice my weapon equip attack additional like emerald ring for temporal ring. I would lose 50 eatk and gain 30 dex.

In my opinion, stat granting isn't really important to as,hybrid,and warg ranger. Trapper need higher int and dex for their trap damage.

For mild wind, only warger or crit warg need it for additional damage. AS and trapper ranger aren't getting much benefit because it wasting time to trigger the mild wind during your fight. (Since most gear grant through auto attacking).

there's one little thing ppl forget tho :U

on any class other than SinXes, status attack is actually a quite substantial portion of your character's total attack :T

And weapon attack scaling is nothing to sneeze at.

i'll just take the stats from Lionelz latest video for example's sake:

346+747 atk

the weapon dex scaling isnt included in this, so his +atk is acutally 878(min and max do not matter because those are crits, and ranged weapons don't have variable bonuses per refine)
On Root:

57% atk
45% race

878*1.57*1.4 = 1998


Status atk is doubled during damage calculations: 346*2=692

Had he not used any converter, his status atk literally represents about 1/3 of his total atk. Difference gets bigger with the use of converters ofc, but you get the point.

SinXes is pretty much the only case where status atk is almost negligible, but that's because they achieve ridiculously absurd levels of raw atk due to EDP, like 20000+ depending on target and gear.

+9 ww suit with ea1
+7 gray wing
+7 prism scarf

Pdm, emerald ring, temp ring

Should I reset to int for Sera corn instead? Would bxb be better invest at this level?

during no limits you'll likely 1shot, not out of it.

With no limit on I definitely one shot them but I'd like to be able to do it without NL. With imp set,ww set emerald ring and elven I do about 100k. Thinking Sera won't be much better. Maybe 110k? I need the flapping hat and beholder bxb don't I?

you need much much much better gears to 1shot monsters consistenly out of no limits

Figured. Besides a new weapon what are some upgrades I'd need to make? Keep in mind I mostly want to one shot big bells to 175. I guess try bios but mostly big bells.
