A good tuna nigiri-zushi should be enjoyed with a high quality soy sauce and nothing else! A good sushi chef should know your spice tolerance and have enough wasabi on it so you don't have to ave extra.

Im jap but I hate wasabi. /spit and that I only eat raw ebi-sushi w/that finest classic soy sauce /rice
