I believe the rest of the shields except the Aurum Plate Shield and Sopdu Shield of the Pharaoh are crafted or dropped from Monsters.

SLOW DOWN, you missed so many letters it was hard to read, you're english grammar was great though.

As far as your question, you need an artisan to craft you a shield for higher levels, I recommend a Mighty Shield if you have an ok amount of str 270+ or if you have 320+ ask for an Aurum Shield. Make sure you pay for Materials if you don't have them, and crafters always enjoy a good tip for their time!
