1. when switching to transforms you can use the skills that belong to your transform, but you cant use other skills. (Inferno can use storm slash but cant use lightning chill throw)
2. both. Druids can Auto attack as inferno, or use magic/physical based attacks. Fascination set is for those druids that AA, all other sets are for those druids that SS
3. For Pvp, i am thinking of using RH scales and Curse resistance xeons. I'm also going to use 100HP up/ 10INT up/ 1.5%scc up/50 short range def up enchants. I'm going to use RH scales because i want to get really high passive short range defense, I'm also using curse resistance xeons to cap my curse resist. For PVE i'd use Ruinhorn INT/CON remains.
