From what I remember Heimdallr said it was a possibility as they aren't staffed enough for character stat allocation services.

It would maybe be alright if it were once per character or account or something. Stat resets all over whenever you want would be obnoxious since people would be changing their builds all the time. I would love to put the 33 in luk on my dd sin from when he was crit into str and agi, but If not I'll just have to live with it until trans.
