So I decided to try and make a vit esma linker, but I'm having a bit of trouble at getting from Taekwon kid to soul linker. I can only rely on mercenaries or leeching right now since I have no str so, is there any other way? I have almost all the mild winds and leap, but there are no other supportive skills until I hit linker. It gets very expensive too for mercs since they die in most places I go and have to constantly use merc scrolls. I am currently 40/30

Stats:
STR-2+6
AGI-10+6
VIT-25
INT-41
DEX-28+6
LUK-1

I have Mild Wind up to 6, Leap on 5, Kihop 5, Happy Break 5, Peaceful Break 5, TK Mission 1(thought those gave exp or something), Roundhouse stance and kick on 1 (Wanted to try and fight, but both are useless.) I know what skills and stats I need, just have no Idea where to level. I only have a guard, novice suit, guard, shoes, manteau, and a pirate dagger.

So here are the Highlights:

Useful Taekwon Skills
Sprint = Damage + (10 x Skill Level)
Mild Wind = Endows Soul Linker's Estun, Estin, and Esma.
Tumbling = Enable a 20% chance of dodging long ranged physical and magic (both AoE and target spells) attacks. When caster is in Spurt status from performing Lv. 7 or higher Sprint, Tumbling will then dodge melee attacks.

Leveling is pretty straight forward if you have Sprint Level 10 just whack monsters with a constant output of 100+ Damage a hit. If you do not have Sprint the only way to level would be Mercenary Scrolls until Soul Linker with Esma.

Well that's what i've been doing so far, I focused my stats on INT so my attacks are pretty terrible. I just had no idea if I was doing fine with mercenaries, or if there's a specific kind I should try. Right now I'm using spear mercenaries 3rd grade until 45 for pierce, unless bow or fencers would be good? The mercs just die so easy in most places that give decent exp.

Try Archer Mercenaries at Mi Gaos strike the Mi Gao and run around in circles while it chases you letting your Archer Mercenary take care of it for you or just use Archer Mercenary on Geographers.
