I need help with scout build stat and skill. i dont know why. but my scout is freaking weak....

Scouts damage is one of the lowest in game, can't get around that. All the CC and survivability make up for that though.

but pro scout can hit 800 - 1.5k without skill....

anyways 800-1.5k is prolly some scout highly on steroids or vs a very weak opponant.

like simo said scouts dps is one of the lowest ingame, its skillpower what does the damage not melee

There got no week scouts, only lazy or poor players whom cannot afford to buy full gears for scout, states are based on how you want to build up your scout, and how you want to play with you, ranges are always at advantage if you know how to use it, my level 207 scout can kill purple color tere predator in muris gate at 3-4 shots before it reaches me, so your scout is not week, you just need the right gears!

i used to have raider, but when im make this scout. im still using the same gears.. maybe that's my mistake.

Yeah, normal attacks aren't meant to do the damage, it's the skills that are your damage dealer. But like others have said, you may need better gears to play your scout, this is an old post, so you may have figured out the problem by now. If not explain more about what your problem is.
