What are the best gears to enhance int to max buff possible in game?

Basically all items with Int sub-stat:
- Legendary gear with int sub-stat & topaz
- Legendary wang + topaz
- mage diary with int sub-stat
- Honor acc with topaz

Not sure for the backshield
