i noticed, even tho i wear glorious ring, with 2 hand quicken, 5%attack speed doesnt help at all.
it only kicks in with no 2hand quicken skill.

The higher your ASPD the less bonus % ASPD adds to your total ASPD...

Aspd stacks in a really weird way. Higher your aspd, the less attack speed additions visually affect it (from your equip window). +5% aspd when you have 190 aspd your total might be like 190.31 aspd or something. Even though you don't see the change, it does affect how fast your character's aspd is. There's a significant difference between 190.11 and 190.87. If you want accurate aspd calculations check the irowiki'd equip database.

Bako tattoo gives +1 ASPD flat + some nice atk bonuses. This is why it's so pricey at the moment. A cheaper alternative would be to use aspd/agi food buffs.

10% aspd is a concentration pot. It is somewhat close to a flat +1 ASPD actually.

I'm going to be ass and say it doesn't stack in a weird way, it stacks in a formulaic way.

(200-(200-(Job Base Aspd + shield penalty - ((√(205)-√(AGI))/7.15) + √(AGI * 9.999 + DEX * 0.19212) * (1 - ( Job Base Aspd - 144)/50 ))) *(1 - ASPD Potion_% - ASPD Skill %)) + (195 - Base Aspd) * total of ASPD Equipment % + fixed ASPD increases

Equipment ASPD stack additively into the 'total of ASPD Equipment %' part of the formula. Enriched Celermine Juice counts as equipment.

Increase AGI doesn't increase ASPD. It increases Agility and therefore AFAIK adds to the agility part of the formula.
