Ok I am confused. How much of each stats points should be used From starting a new game and going to Merchant to Alchemist. Basically I am asking what stats do an Alchemist needs. As in min and max? Please help me out. Also Should I leave everything balance and not change my novice starting stats? Also what are there mercs I hear people talking about that you can hire? Please help me out. I thought I ask before messing up my stats and starting over.


Also I was hoping the build was going for the Homunculus type of build. Any body know what that build is? If no one says anything Then I will go with what the wiki says to go with. I wanted to make sure before I went with the luck brewer.

Truly I am a new player. Oh well no one wants to help me. Guess I go with what I think is best. (luck brewer) This topic has been up for hours. I am mad no one is willing to help me.

Oh this is why I don't ask for help on most games. Because no one is willing to help a noob out.

12 hours so far and not a signal person posted. Shame on all of you experts. I can't wait to play this game anymore. I go with the wiki of luck brewer. And play. Sorry you guys had your chance to tell me. If my build fails it all your guys fault.

There is no homunculus build, you don't even need potion brewing to brew the emryo. Might as well just buy the embryo, its cheap.

You need to pick a type of alchemist. The general options are:

Vit Battle: low damage output except with mammonite (Expensive), very tough
Agi Battle: high damage output, little squishy
Autocaster: good dmg, can still brew but not as well as a full brewer.
Brewer: weak as heck, all about making pots. Can autocast well, but not as well as a full autocaster


Then from there, there a million variations on each type. Pick a path and follow it. I will say on my Vit Battle build I let my homunculus level me a lot and kill most of the stuff. I mostly tank for the homonuculus. My damage is weak unless I want to spew money on mobs (mammonite).
