if you want to deal neutral dmg you need a neutral weapon, using iron cannon ball will take the weapon element.

Now, yes, later on, maybe. Anyways you can boost neutral dmg with AntiMatetial Blast so there's that(if the skill wasnt bugged)

Not really. You can just make one on an alt account if you only need it for the debuff (though it may be level locked out of some instances.)

I'm planing on hunting G.Scaraba cards with my 150 Gene. I recently got a +15 Crimson Saber(Wind) and I don't know what to do with it, Ash suggested that it would be good for AB in WoE TE but I don't WoE.

 

I'd like to use it for hunting and leveling instead. I'm guessing Archer Skel cards are the best cards to go for if hunting/leveling is what I have in mind? I'll mostly be using CC of course.

Use that sabre as your general one handed sword for leveling purpose together with sword mastery. 

 

Leave gold scarabs to the Magic classes, us physical classes are pathetic there, I do 10k+ CC there with end game gears on my maxed gene. Stone skin reduces my damage greatly, but increases dmg intake from spells.

 

And yes, Archer skel cards are the best for gene leveling at the current moment, or hunter fly if you're cheap on pots. Nightmare OGH will bring some better cards to play, wonder when we'll get the instance.

KVM MS is the end-all of demi-human genetic weapons. +12 GMS hits about as hard as a +12 EA10 HF to bios

 

(330k bomb to cenia, 320k bomb to high-priest, 100k+ CC's to Scholar)

Is Havenn referring to the Glorious Morning Star? So if for example I am hunting Samurai Spec. this is what I should be using? I just thought that AK cards are always the best to use when hunting MVP's whatever their race is, I totally forgot that demi-human MVP's exist :heh: .

Best for Acid Bomb (if you got total STR below 153), but a little fall short for CC compared to Robot's Arms in mace weapon league (HF still best for anything that's large and not demi-human both CC & AB though)

for anything demi-human related GMS still best

 

plus considering you need 4 slots filled to be better than Robot's arms, it requires a lot more investment for not too significant difference

With massive str bonus from megs, VH will perform less than Robot Arms

Robot's Arms will start beating VH if you got total str 153 or above, I think the elites will still rely on robot's arms :heh:

Not Just Robot Arm, other weapons are better as well., and doesnt need so much str for it.

Which other weapon you're referring to?

for HF sure VH will be beaten to pulp both CC&AB, GMS beat it too for demi human race both CC&AB

 

as for crimson mace I tried it already in the calculator (+15 Cmace vs +13 VH) and it performs lower than VH for Acid Bomb with any combination either adding more stats, flat attack or % modifier both range & melee the results still the same.

You can try your own nitaant using the calculator, as I've got issues uploading the screenshots result for the calculator (my photobucket account keep bumping me to login screen everytime I tried to upload things :sigh:)

 

try to put this basic information in the calculator

 

Case 1 (Valkyrie Hammer)

Weapon Attack (Watk) = 50

Weapon Magic Attack (WMatk) = 50

Weapon Level = 4

Refine Level = 13

+ATK = 100 (when used by merchant class)

+%Ranged : to be filled with total of range modifier (AS cards, EA enchant, range mod from gears)

+%Physical : to be filled with total physical modifier (racial/ele/size/protocol % cards, %atk boost from gears, etc)

 

 

Case 2 (Robot's Arm)

Weapon Attack (Watk) = 195

Weapon Level = 4

Refine Level = 13

+%Ranged : to be filled with total of range modifier (AS cards, EA enchant, range mod from gears)

If Merchant:

Base ATK 50

Base MATK 50

ATK +100 (+hit + cast, bla, bla, bla)

40% ranged attack with 4 AS

Level 4 weapon.

 

Too tired and lazy to calc now, but doesn't seem so bad. For example, Both Thana Hammer and Crimson Mace are better ATK Wise (Thana Hammer is even better MATK wise), but they have respectively 1 and 2 slots for AS cards. Worth a try...

I believe it's more fair to compare the Valk Hammer to Crimson Mace/Sword only for a biochem in WoE TE.

 

The extra slots make space for AK/AS cards should not be worth as much as it's such a low base atk weapon, i.e comparing with the current top tier gene OHS

Don't leave anything blank in any brackets, if the brackets simply doesn't have value just put 0
