Yeah yeah, with Renewal coming my interest in the Battle Priest idea has blossomed again. Only reason I made monk is because people mocked the idea of a BP back when I started, but now I have the means to do this!

Skill build as shown above, I would sadly have to spend most of my priest skills into the Aco tree, but thats okay. Any suggestions on the build is more than welcome!

What exactly is an investment here? Most of the BP's I saw mentioned were either using crit builds with carded spikes (Very expensive) carded maces/ stunners(Doable) or Elemental forged weps (Such as stunners, sword maces, etc. Well well within my price range). What path should I honestly follow here? If the answer is "Carded maces" What kinds will I need? I find it unpractical to have a mace for literally every mob.

With that said, if any BP's are willing to share some info with me, I would be most appreciative :3

In my days of BP or most classes that needed carded weapons i just used BG weapon for demi and made a boned weapon and sometimes a titan weapon. A non slotted/carded spike is rare but not that expensive on ymir. Not sure if golden mace is good in renewal when slotted but it has bonus against undead i think and they are usually dirt cheap.

Your build looks very strong. Personally, I like the Crit route more. Adds a little more excitement to it ha.

As far as gear goes, I'm sure you're aware of the basics. Mocking Muffler, or something that adds at least +15 Flee, is crucial. Green Shoes are nice. With your build, I'd choose Mantis Clips. Right now I'm using a Hard Saint's Robe, but I'm sure there's something better to be had for that slot. I like Grand Circlet and Pirate Dagger for headgear (in the middle slot I just wear Black Frame Glasses right now). And for your shield, it changes for each occasion. I'd say a Buckler with Roda Frog in it is really beneficial.

When it comes to weapons, it does get a little more complicated and expensive. If you're looking for a cheaper route, go for Elemental Stunners at first. Otherwise, slotted Chains with size-matters cards (such as Minorous) work really well.

I m wearing now a hard coat, Friccos Shoes, we ve got very much of Stone Buckler and i have a triple haloweed chain and a double saharic chain. And i ve got a Book of blazing Sun.

Also i have the Gryphon Hat for Wind Endow, when i ve got it, i switch to Chick Hat.

Only the Garment is not so good, i have only a quick hood

Sounds pretty good! Honestly, after a bit of research, the Equip Set with Fricco's Shoes looks really appealing. With all of it you get the full +20 flee, except 5 points of it is in the Agi bonus which is better anyway. And then there's the HP/SP Bonus and the Perfect Dodge bonus. Yeah, I might look into this, especially considering they can all be worn by every class.
