I think you have a wrong skill Devine Protection in templar job sucks (if you go for high lvl)

This is the build of my radiant:

Elec Bolt: +1
Rejuvenation (filler)
Lesser Heal: +10
Concentration: +1 - +10 (I have 10 on this but dont need anymore, depends your stuff)
Blessed Revelation: +10
Sleep: +10
Salvation: +1
Moderate Heal: +10
Moderate Party Heal: +9
Lesser Party Heal: +10
Devine Protection: +10
Hush: +9
Mana Shield: +9
Devine Cleansing: +2

If dont need mp of concentration should be switch to restoration, but this skill is good only maxed + DNA

DNA (55)

Lesser Heal: +10 strengthened +5 swift
Lesser Party Heal: +10 strengthened
Devine Protection: +10 Strengthened
Hush: +5 swift
Concentration: +10
Mana Shield: +5

For 25 points I think this is the best option:

Lesser Heal: +6 Strengthened + 5 Swift
Lesser Party Heal: +10
Devine Protection: +1 - +4 (if use 1 then +9 lesser heal).

I never post my build(s) cuz the loshka's build is good, but idk why was removed

i myself prefer lvl 1 on lesser heal, only make it intant cast, max rad buffs, heals and as for dna, max heals, cooldowns or stuff but don't take range dna:)

don't do strengthen lesser heal, pointless

I do like lesser heal and maxed it for my radiant (and tempest) works nice when you have to run and heal yourself or a teammate.

yes, you have. 4 heals maxed = 41 points, 3 Buffs maxed = 30 points (dp, br, concentration). At lvl 85 left 31 points.

Concentration is not needed but is nice . My MP never down during a raid

I skimmed few points of heal becouse i maxed hush and if you want you can dump excessive pts into sleep and survival instinct.

Yeah, I think if you have good stuff can put just 1 point on lesser, my last build had 1 point on lesser. and only 5 on swift dna. But was a pvp build, now is full support + hush maxed. Hush rules

Heals:

[10] Lesser heal: I suggest maxing it with 5 swift DNA and 10 strengthened DNA, since its your only instant heal.

[10] Moderate heal: max.

[10] Lesser party heal: slowest but most effective, max and 10 strengthened DNA.

[ 9 ] Moderate party heal: max.

Also I would not save skill points on heals at lower level and with less OP gears, since it makes more difference, and later you can reset anyway.

Buffs:

[ 1 ] Concentration: it used to add MP in %, now I don't see any use of this, if you want to save skill points, save on this, and use as filler.

[10] Blessed Revelation: it gets less important with better gear (and 20% mp pots are cheap stuff really), I still use at 10, because people love me on raids.

[10] Divine Protection (2nd job): I use it with 1 DNA which means +252 defense, and 10 DNA only adds 630 total, but you can max for raids, prots are sometimes too mainstream and you can make casters feel like a tank.

[10] Survival Instinct: I swear I will max this, better for PVP than DP, because sins can't kick it. It also has DNA. Only for PVP tho. (Or if you like to go wild and solo Jugger etc.)

[ 1 ] Mana shield: same as concentration, either lvl1 or max it. I don't use it much. On raids, you will just kill your party without mana, and in PVP, you will just kill yourself, cause you can't heal. That's all.

[10] Resistance (Curse): I like it for PVP, but it's a bit weak atm.

Support skills:

[ 0 ] Restoration: I see people using this but why the hell, it has horrible success chance. x.x It's not the rads job to remove dot.

[ 1 ] Salvation: don't waste 10 points here, 1-5 points are enough, people won't let you res them anyway.

[ 1 ] Divine cleansing: PVP skill only, but you need to be fast.

Attack skills:

[ 1 ] Elec bolt

[ x ] Charged bolt and Holy bolt: I don't use them, BUT Holy bolt has a slow effect, so in PVP you can sleep+slow+hush enemy. (I'd never use it tho, rads are more useful if they heal on battlefields than if they are going for kills. Just go for wins, lol.)

[10] Sleep: for grind it's sexy, I like to annoy people on battlefields too. :3

[ 9 ] Hush: for PVP only. I max this for making people QQ. <3 DNA makes it instant.

Other filler:

[ 1 ] Rejuvenation

DO-NOT-USE-skills:

[ 0 ] Invigoration

[ 0 ] Ion Shield

[ 0 ] Divine Protection (1st job)

[ 0 ] Magic Shield Mastery

Well, in my opinion.
This is not for copy-paste build making, just decide if you wanna go full support, full PVP, or in-between.
At level 85 you will have 102 skill points. Free DNA is 25+5 with quest (at level 75), and you can get 55 max with item mall.

If you want to be strict heals for pvp,I suggest no attack skills and hide behind people:P You'll have extra points to relocate into support,heals,and defense.
