Lets say I have 2 daggers equipped will double attack have a chance to go off for the both of them? or does it only count with attacking with main dagger?

and is it really better to dual wield than to katar?
I am poor so... factor in that

Main weapon only (sometimes called a "triple slash" for reasons unclear to me).

Offhand damage is crap and doesn't matter anyway, offhand is just a card container.

As for Katar vs Dagger, at what level, and with what sort of build?

I actually don't know, I want something I can hit most of the time with good dodge. I am also dirt poor so I cant aforid a lot of stuff.

Any suggestions which build I should use?
