Eugh, the client info error? I don't know how to fix that, or even what it means.
Rebooting sometimes fixes it, though it may come back (I have a computer where I get the client info error if I close all RO clients and then try to open another, but as long as I keep the client open, I can open more clients w/no problem).

Try this:
1- Open ClassicRO.exe and run it until you see the login box.
2- ALT+TAB or WinKey and open Ragnarok.exe
3- Close ClassicRO.
It works 100% of the time for me. I hope it does that to you too.
