Hi I need a GM immediately, im hoping one of them reads these posts. heres what happend: I had an exchange done on some KP items bought on accident. After getting the email saying it had been completed i could not log into my account (incorrect username / password). I sent in a ticket and they said they verified that i should be able to log in. I tried to login again and it still said incorrect username/password. I did the forgot your password and changed my password so that i can login. I would like to note that i changed my password to the same password that it had been in the past ( this means the password was indeed not changed back after the gm completed the exchange ). Finally i am able to login to my account, but to my suprise my character has no sprite, all i see is a health bar. I also noticed monsters cannot see me, but I can attack and kill the monsters.... I can even loot their drops. I sent a ticket in immediately to have it fixed, i got a reply saying it would be looked into and if i abused the powers sanctions would be met. it's been 24 hours since that reply, im missing out on 2x events and VIP time. I feel this is a very serious issue that should be fixed immediately. I would also like to note the items i exchanged for was a alice doll box and a robo eye box, the ones given to me are account bound yet still in the box. Is this normal?
