Havent played in awhile 5-6 months or more Troy use to be in payon, i looked all over the place on the net and read he was moved to eden so went looking in there to no avail, did they take the npc out, do all slot npc's work with advertisements now or is he only put in during times for events or did they just remove him all in all?

He is in the second floor of eden to the far left of the second floor on the bottom. Check again and you will find him

He's on Eden 2nd Floor, in the West corner, Happy Troy or something.
