isent a ticket a long time ago nothing happened then i sent one again today idk if anythings going to happen a couple of my accounts got blocked i logged on one day and told me to send an inquiry to the gm

Via the ticket system is the way to do it.

If you send a pm to Corvus, via Forums, with the ticket number of the "nothing happened" ticket, he maybe able to find out what happened.

When you log into the WarpPortal Support Center, you can view all past ticket history.
Subject...status...open date...last activity.
Review your tickets by title and the one thats entitled for the problem your talking about, click on it...
At the bottom of that ticket will be a number

Example of what you will see
Ticket Number: 121-182E9A5A-0179, Status: Closed, Created: 11/8/2012
