I tried the Lucky Spin for the first time but when I purchase one with in-game gold, it doesn't appear in my inventory. I thought it was a bug or it was in my mailbox since I never try this before. So I purchase another one again, but nothing again. I can't find it anywhere?

Go back to the cash shop and on the bottom left corner click shopping list. You can grab them from there
