We also host several guild events from time to time like GVG, BB or any other random guild event someone comes up with, always giving rewards. 
We are very WoE Active and sometimes have to kick to make space for WoE if someone is absent. If kicked it doesn't mean you are not apart of the guild anymore, we just had to make space for that WoE day. You are always more than welcome to come back after WoE to get an invite again.
