About priests, anyone?

i always liked the healer/support chars and well i would like to know the basics like gear wise/stats/leveling for a High priest (im coming back and forgot about all plus i heard there was some changes in stats and such)


any good build for support/solo leveling wise?

Priest:

9x int, high vit, med dex. (for supporting, TU builds can be a little different)

High Priest: (for support char)

Dex/Vit/Int - where you strike the balance depends on your personal preference. It is possible to get 100 dex/vit/int buffed without much trouble, but with meditatio and all the ways to increase heal recovery now, you don't really need that much int. Builds with very high dex have become increasingly popular; new maps+events that work well with larger parties encourage liberal use of sanctuary, and new monsters that are hard to tank in the traditional ways encourages use of safety wall.

I've seen builds that were effective ranging from 100/100/100 to 110/90/100 to 120+/100/62 (that last one is base 99/93/40 - just enough vit to get stat immunity, max dex, and the rest in int, with a pencil for gear).

I would say that these three rules would be good ones:
Don't go above 100 total int except on ME priest.
Don't go above 100 total vit.
Don't go below 100 total dex.
