Because I'm un-sure what you meant, I'll be posting some general information.
But in general for a Battle Artisan:
The general stats are:
MAX Con.
Then usually rest Dex.
Although some do use Sen, but more dex to sen if you plan to stat this.
Attacking skills always have to be Poison Shot and the Hypno Shot.
All those +% passives, although the +10% MP one is optional.
Acc buff is necessary.
And of course the weapon masteries.
If you're planning to level as you go along, then get the summons at least, that should help if you plan on soloing when needed to.
Most usually rely on the attack speed and normal attack.
If you're planning however to become a part crafter also but stay an attacking arti.
Then the only other possible crafts could be Alchemy Craft and/or Gem Craft.
Alchemy Craft and Advance Alchemy Craft is needed so you can craft those grenades.
For a complete CON Crafter, the only skills that benefit is weapon harden/balance/darken, alchemy and gem craft. Possibly PAT once the schematics are available again.
Oh and the Armor reinforcement, at least I think it is.
It adds Con when you add points into it.
Gears for a CON Crafter tend to be:
- Luxury Jewel set (+20 CON stat) with Sapphire [7]s
- Royal Crown with 20 CON stat (50 total)
- Legendary Mercenary Gloves, Shoes with additional CON and Possible chest if you cannot one higher than 20 CON bold stat (e.g Priest or Brave Mana Steam Vest)
- Any backshield with 20 CON stat.
- Book of CON with 20 Con stat (25 total) or the pennant with 20 con stat (32 total)
- Mask with 20 con stat.
- Level 200 Crafting Hammer with Sapphire [7] (can be purchased from storage NPC in Eldeon)
Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for the info Oerba, that was really helpful. Yes, I am planning to be a con crafter after I reach 220 on my battle artisan. I have a few questions regarding the % passives. Are the passives skills that add stats like backpack mastery, craftman's talent and the other skills that add 1 stat per level? As a battle artisan, should I concentrate on con gear or a mixture of both con & ap? As for buffs, should I only get the ACC buff?I'm quite confused on the question, are you planning to be a CON Crafter after resetting a Battle Artisan?

Although it's possible to be a battle arti but you'll be limited to 1 or 2 crafts, because you spend a lot of points getting the weapon masteries (36 skill points).
And then there's both Hypno and Poison Shot.
The % passives I was referring to were things like Advanced Craft that gives +10% Crit or +10 Aspd for example on the Artisan tree.
As for buffs, you aren't limited to only the Accuracy, but the Accuracy is one of the best buffs as a skill that far outweighs the cleric's one.
If you go with say a pure crafter, you'll maybe have in total 3 to 7 craft skills available.

For a pure CON Crafter or a Battle Arti that also does Crafts?
For a pure battle artisan and a pure con crafter. I don't plan on getting crafting skills on the battle artisan.

Choices are:
Any Weapon Craft, Ideally Balanced, Hardened, Optional to use Darkened.
- 36 Points for the main crafts, then 20 points for both regular and advance craft, e.g hardened and advanced hardened = 10 skill points each.
Alchemy Craft and Advanced Alchemy Craft
Gem Craft
MAX Craftsman Talent
Minimum of +1 Backpack Mastery.
Well it depends on what you prefer or what mats you're able to farm or buy.
Battle Arti:
Offensive Tree:
MAX Trigger Finger (9 SP)
MAX Tough Gunner (18 SP)
Crafting Tree:
MAX Weapon Craft (9 SP)
MAX Weapon Research (9 SP)
MAX Hardened, Darkened, Balanced, Enchanting Research (4 SP)
MAX Sub Item Research (9 SP)
MAX Armor Research (9 SP)
MAX Armor Craft (9 SP)
MAX Reinforce and Endowed Research (2 SP)
Artisan Tree:
MAX Tough Gunner (18 SP)
MAX Poison Shot (9 SP)
MAX Hypno Shot (5 SP)
MAX Advanced Weapon Research (9 SP)
1 Point Advanced Weapon Craft (1 SP) - Make sure only 1 Skill Point.
MAX Advanced Darkened, Hardened, Balanced and Enchanting Research (4 SP)
MAX Advance Sub Item Research (9 SP)
MAX Advance Armor Research (9 SP)
1 Point Advanced Armor Craft (1 SP) - Make sure also only 1 Skill Point Used.
MAX Advanced Reinforce and Endowed Research (2 SP)
Common Tree:
MAX Salesman Gait (5 SP)
MAX Intensify Weapon (5 SP)
MAX Backpack Mastery (5 SP)
Sub Total SP Used: 160
Recommended:
MAX Alchemy Craft, Alchemy Research (18 SP)
MAX Advanced Alchemy Craft and Advanced Alchemy Research (18 SP) - To Craft your own Grenades.
Optional:
MAX Discount (5 SP)
MAX Craftman's Talent (5 SP)
MAX Weapon Expertise (5 SP)
MAX Light Step (5 SP) - Not really worth using unless you PvP also.
Sub Total SP Used: 56 SP
Grand Total: 216 SP
Since there's only 211 Skill Points available you'll have to give up one of the optional skills.
Maybe either Light Step or Discount.
Hope this helps.

BTW Oerba, why would you recommend DEX as 2nd most important stats over SEN (for CRI)?
This guide was made before the Craze having lots of Criticals and I believe it was also before the King's set.
But at present a mass majority do go Sen over Dex now for high critical.
From my point of view, a battle artisan has enough Crit as they have so having too much Sen is also a bad thing where you can invest some into Dex for raw attack power.
But it all depends on your playing style or what equipment you have, again this is only a guide.

Why does battle artisan even need to bother with the crafter skill tree?
I haven't played the dealer job much, but the Passives from the crafting tree seem beneficial to me.

That is quite true, when you get to a high point were SP gets expensive you can lower it a little and take that bit to balance things out

some of the skills in crafter skill tree gives +mspd, con, sen (its like spending some skill points for statpoints that can still be higher)
