Yes, draco in distress. UW canceled all the time. Then... would you want to help by setting aside a little time to play in draco? if not, please dont talk bad about draco.. please do not discourage draconis player or a newbie who read this forum. I myself play on both server, doesn't matter to me whatever will happened.. just feel sad for my draco friends.

You're obviously clueless to what I was talking about; Your US government is in serious debt, and they're printing more money on a loan at a rate of 1.3% or something like that, to pay off their debts, creating guess what? More debt.

They cannot pay off their debt even if they raised taxes to 100%


The world leaders are noticing this, and are bailing out in different ways (investing their money in something that isn't going to decrease or in the US dollars case, totally plumit in one night) I've known this was going to happen for a long time, some people are saying it will happen whiten the next 2 years, I'd like to think it wont happen for another 10, It will happen, the question is... When?

I'm just trying to say; This games economy is fine, if there' is an economy to be worried about, there is one much larger then that- real life economy.

Hardly clueless but thanks Captain Obvious. I'm sure most people have no idea that real world problems are more important than a game. I was just pointing out asinine sensationalist comments that are based on a couple factoids. Not to mention a mmo forum is hardly the place to discuss such a matter.

I did not insult anyone. I can take a joke, when it is funny. I write in full sentences and full thoughts because that is how I write. I didn't disagree with people about the problems of the two servers. I agreed that Draconis should not have been made, but as I was stating, the Devs felt it was necessary. I also said I think people should stop treating Draconis as noobs, etc and insulting the players who went to Draconis. I do not see a way to merge the two servers, but if Gravity feels that they need to some day they will figure it out (and a lot of us will probably be complaining about it). Our "discussions" here will do nothing, since they said they will not merge or do anything between the two servers. It will all come down to some day they decide it is important. And thanks for sticking up for me but I'm used to the community by now. I was just stating my opinion, as were a lot of others.

Oh right please forgive me, I don't think my post was that bad, oh wait I did say "poop", but we all agree we feel much better after right ? I don't go around insulting people, it's more like teasing to see who is stupid (<= insult) enough to get offended, either it's a joke, either it's tue.

A flame war was starting and thus your post and the one reacting to you were deleted.

Its a real shame that people cant just get along for the greater good aka Rose Online.
Im unhappy Leonis dropped to one server. I always have been. I dont enjoy Events half as much since it happened. That does not give me the right to diss Draconis players.
If i did that, i think my anger would be misplaced. Destiny is right, what crime have the Draconis players done anyways?
Thats right...zip, nada, nothing. Yet at times i have seen them ridiculed. Now thats sadder than sad.
Who cares what they have in their sigs. Aslong as its not offensive, carry on and enjoy the game / forums is what i say.
Its no different to supporting a Soccer team and displaying the scarf, T-shirt, flag in support.

Simple solution is simple: Enforce a zero tollerence rule, first offence will recieve a warning/deletion of post, second offence will result in deletion of post, and having a moderator having to approve user's posts before being submited(for a few days), 3rd infraction will result in player having their posting privileges revoked for 1 week

If they continue to do it there after, IP ban for a year(from just the forums)

Yes there is a warning system; I myself was once at level 2 warning (I think I've been dropped back down to 1 or nothing)

Obviously, they'll fall in love with Draco after a few posts of their posts are deleted. No way will they post even more negative things or keep going until they're IP banned. Of course once they're IP banned they're gone for good. There's no such thing as proxies/vmware. Or maybe, just maybe people(devs, community, cms) could make an effort to foster better relations between players of each server.

I dont disagree with zero tolerance, but wont that just be plastering over the cracks? What i mean is, dont you think it would be good to get to the real issue of how all this started and trying to find solutions. I know its a dream to have more than one channel. I do believe solving this alone would drop the amount of negative vibe that Draconis gets thrown at it by alot.

Not just the draconis server kaizy. thats just the topic that brought it up. our community is mean in general. if the rules set by warpportal were properly enforced then it would make the forums a lot more pleasent place to be and possible will result in more players joining BOTH servers.

Not necessarily. I think if the rules were enforced we would get less "i believe this and if you don't believe the same you're dumb" posts. People would actually have to explain their reasons on why they took a side of a debate. they would have to explain themselves thoroughly and if they don't like one's idea or opinion they would have to come up with a better reason why than "cuz i dont like you." Granted, brown nosers would have an easier time adapting to the change in regulations, but I have faith that the human race can smarten up and adapt. If they want to tell someone they're dumb at least they'll have to find an intelligent way to say exactly that. i've had my posts deleted for flaming before and I know that i'll have them deleted again in the future, but i still believe that better enforcement of the rules would make the forums a more pleasent place to frequent.

Well, I was only talking about the Draco subject. It's what sparks a lot of hate without much reason.

General meanness is subjective and is a much harder topic to tackle, one many site owners would love to have a solution to. If zero tolerance worked, you would see every forum use it and everything everywhere would be sunshine and rainbows. But it doesn't, because it's not addressing the real issue. I'm not saying they shouldn't enforce any rules, but that using bans/deleting posts shouldn't be the only measure taken.

I've seen it work on a community much worse then this WAY worse. Get rid of the bad apples...

Yea, people can Proxy around the ban, but then you just ban that account/all their accounts from the forums. It takes much longer for a user to create a new account; Then it does for a moderator to prevent that person from posting.

In the end, admins will always win.

It's also possible to make this page not viewable from a proxy; Just letting you know

Yea but your trying to say that trolls/flamers all have the intelligence to evade a ban like you seem to think you could... Maybe you can; But I doubt after having 10 accounts banned trying to flame Draconis players/Draconis that they're going to keep at it...
It takes a user 5-10 minutes to fully evade a ban, and create a new account; while it takes a moderator seconds to remove their ability to post.

I know from personal experience I give up after they've banned 4 of my accounts I think I' believe I have made whatever point I was trying to make clear. and give up.

I'm not trying to say I know everything, I know I don't know everything. But when I think I'm right; I'd like to be proved wrong.

Because like I said, I've seen from personal experience, harsh administration works. (I've been successfully banned from a community for a few years now, I'm still talked about, and I still read their forums under someone elses account registry, as every account I try to make; they wont activate it as it is required by administration to activate the account... and the admins seem to be Gods at figuring out it was me that created the account :X)
