happens, Trust me, I have very good reason to be very pissed off right now because of this maint, and its not because I can't play- a lil bit larger then that, I wont mention it, but still..
I'm not whining and crying.
The issues there was on this patch was pretty large; someone being able to use the announcement thing (lol) and there was also a glitch on one of the NPC's...
You can't test everything before applying a patch, sometimes you gota just let it go and let the community find the bugs, because we all know how good this community is at finding bugs.
There are times when the dev team does do stupid crap, but this isn't necicarily one of their bigger faults, there have been much larger; and likely - they will make larger ones...
Be thankful this is a little hickup

The community is so good at spotting bugs because theres so many of them. And what your saying is, because someone always messes up and destroys the game, we should be grateful that this is a minor mess up?happens, Trust me, I have very good reason to be very pissed off right now because of this maint, and its not because I can't play- a lil bit larger then that, I wont mention it, but still..

Hardly destroying the game....The community is so good at spotting bugs because theres so many of them. And what your saying is, because someone always messes up and destroys the game, we should be grateful that this is a minor mess up?
Destroying the game is giving the entire community free spins, making the coins tradeable, and then banning people that "exploited" it...
or how about the time they did a patch and it was constant dc's for a week?
I for one am grateful that it's a small bug. That will probably be fixed in 20 minutes or less...

There are lots of different people working on the game at lots of different times. He's saying its inevitable that there is a bug here and there considering.

i am wondering if they even have a QA team to test the product before being released to production? or they just depending on developer to do the testing?
you cant keep giving the same excuses that things happen... ppl arent perfect... this is a big patch and etc.... thing could be better managed and planned. this is basic thing in a project management and System Development Life Cycle.

Lazzy?
Believe me bugs or issues are not acceptable to anyone, especially us. The last thing we want is to inconvenience you the player, but unfortunately issues do arise and when they do, the only thing we can do is act as swiftly as possible. We have resolved the issue and are bringing the servers online now. We appreciate your understanding and thank you.
Bug's fixed, took them what? less then 10 minutes to do it?
Hardly lazy.
Now go back to playing your game and shaddup.

If you guys had any clue the amount of work that goes into the game, and the amount of dedication that exists among the team, you would not complain about a 10minute downtime.

That brings up my biggest doubt about the game Burtteh..
There's little transparency in how their team is structured so you can't blame the community for treating them like outsiders and constantly digging for faults. Is it something to hide from us?

As per most 'Big Company' setup, they try not to divulge too much information regarding the internals of everything. But I can tell you based on my personal experience, the ROSE team is a small team made up of rather dedicated individuals. They do their best to make sure everything as well done as they can, but they really do have to succumb to the balancing act between hours at work and what they can finish in that time.
Cheers, Burtteh
