To do the best damage with that element, you would have to get all of the set.
Skull Cap Combo will still best ALL around damage.
CoD combo will still be the best to help sorc get UP to 135+

you need to check twice........ you are doing like 60% more damage and 2 slots, in pvm that should be amazing...... and a tetra vortex must be deadlyThose look horrible.

I dont think anyone really has a problem getting to 150 though. All the equipment takes up a lot of spots that could be better suited for something else. To use them you have to give up your shoes, an acc and your garment slot. Also give up your shield too.

You all are so annoying.
Nah posting on a thread that is discussing things that might help people figure out gears with a comment like that is annoying

I wouldn't argue with Haseo when it comes to formulas. He's too pro at Warlocks. =P He thought me everything I know.
^ This...
Just kidding... but anyway... I usually do test runs on any possible set for Warlocks and I still prefer having a +9 or above SoD & +9 CoD over Skull Cap combo on my Warlock and Sorcerer... Even thou I made couple +10's TSoD, KvM SoD & SoD just to test it out >_>
Rata's still a good card for a slotted mid headgear though. You don't necessarily have to have one when you can wear both. Though I'm speaking on perspective of the Skull Cap and TSoD combo here. Haseo's probably just talking about a +9 or above KK carded CoD[1] in combination with SoD[1]'s.Rata card's more for those who use the +9 KK Skull Cap and TSoD combos. Just card it into a BFG[1].It's no question though, for the highest damage output on a Warlock the +9 or above CoD[1] with SoD[1]'s are the best.
Not quite... if you actually are looking for a good Mid-Headgear, I would suggest go with "Robo Eyes" over anything else... that +2%matk and +2 DEX? is just like HW card on headgear... remember, %MATK WILL always be better than +MATK because the +MATK adds at the end of the formula... after the %matk kicks in and it is barely noticeable... meanwhile %MATK can stack with gears or demihuman depending on what the gear/card says...
Now, you have to take into consideration what Staff are you using... depending on it, you gotta choose the right head gear for the occasion lol...
If you ask me, as personal experience... out of all my Headgears available for my Warlock/Sorcerer (+12 Pom Hat/MRH w/HW card, +9 Skull Cap/CoD w/HW card)... I will choose MRH over Pom hat even thou Pom Hat adds more %MATK to demihuman... that's if I'm using +13 KvM SoD...
Why is that? simple... because of the MATK formula itself... for you to be able to deal the max damage desired, you don't just have to "add" %MATK randomly but to Balance %MATK and %MATK towards Demi-Human... as those 2 multiply each other, the close you are to 50% for both types of MATK, the more damage you will deal...
In other words, stacking %MATK is always good... but to be "efficient" with your Damage you have to know how to balance %MATK and %MATK towards demihuman to be close to the 50%matk mark... just like this:
0.5*0.5 = 0.25
0.4*0.6 = 0.24
0.3*0.7 = 0.21
As you can see... the close you are to 0.5 or 50%matk mark in both types of MATK, the more end MATK you will get at the end of the formula... therefore, you will deal more damage.
Just my 0.25 cents...

MRH: Moon Rabbit Hat.
PomHat: Red Pom Band.
The Glorious Arc Wand is decent. If you had nothing I'd say to get Vellum Wand, but keep it this way.

cause im planning on Using RWC = 10% resist demihuman +5%MATK(slotted) on headgear and +11GAW, instead of skull cap + TSOD combo.. is that good??
